Patrick Wolf, cantor, compositor, músico multi-instrumentista (harp, clavinet, harpsichord, guitar, piano, autoharp, organ, mountain dulcimer, clavichord, harmonium, accordion, theremin, ukulele, spoons, harmonica, mandolin, viola, violin, etc), britânico, 25 anos, originário de South London. Combina música eletrônica com instrumentos clássicos, seu leque de estilos vai do romantic folk ao techno pop, passando por indietronica, folktronica, alternative rock e baroque pop.

Apesar da pouca idade, está lançando seu quarto álbum, The Bachelor está previsto para sair do forno em 1º de junho próximo, ao menos oficialmente, pois o disco já caiu nos braços da blogosfera à algum tempo. The Bachelor, que sucede Lycanthropy de 2003, Wind in the Wires de 2005 e The Magic Position de 2007, ratifica e muito o talento de Wolf.
