Pleasure é o projeto de Fred Ball, um garoto prodígio norueguês, que brinca com o seu synth-pop de fazer dançar e sonhar. O prestígio de Fred não é pouco, entre seus dois álbuns já passaram como convidados, Justine Frischmann (Elastica), Cerys Matthews (Catatonia), Brett Anderson (Suede, The Tears), entre outros. Além de ter produzido álbuns de Bertine, King Midas, e o debut solo de Brett Anderson. Suas influências são Prince, Yes, Michael Jackson, ELO e Van Der Graf Generator, a principal delas.
