The Morning Benders - The Bedroom Covers (2008)

The Morning Benders é uma banda de indie rock de Berkeley, California, USA, formada em 2005 por Joe Ferrell, Julian Harmon, Tim Or e Chris Chu, tem como principais influências declaradas, Neil Young e os Beatles. Já lançaram quatro EPs: Loose Change, Boarded Doors, Waiting For a War e Grain of Salt, seu álbum de estréia foi Talking Through Tin Cans de 2008 e o segundo, Big Echo, já está na agulha.

Também no ano passado eles disponibilizaram gratuitamente em seu blog o álbum/mixtape The Bedroom Covers, excelente compilação, que vinham gravando domesticamente, de versões de canções dos Smiths, Velvet Underground, Talking Heads, dentre outras maravilhas.
